Shipping & Handling
Our free shipping applies to most urban areas in Canada and continental USA.
We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.
Orders placed before 12pm EST will ship the same day, Monday to Friday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable).
We currently do not offer local pickup and only ship to confirmed shipping addresses indicated at checkout.
Exceptions
TechSnap's free shipping offer does not apply to:
- Canadian Territories (YT, NT, NU)
- Large items
Northern Shipping - $29.99
Orders being shipped to the Northern Canadian Territories (YT, NT, NU) usually require 14 business days for delivery from the time the package has been accepted by Canada Post.
Carriers
Canada: We use Canada Post Expedited Shipping for most urban areas of Canada.

USA: We use USPS Standard shipping for most shipments to USA.
- Delivery Estimate: 2-8 business days depending on final destination
Note: Large quantity orders will be shipped using FedEx Economy/Ground.
Import Fees, Duties, and TaxesCanadian Customers
Sales tax (GST/HST) will be charged on all orders and varies by destination province.
US Customers
No sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to the US.
US customers pay no duties, taxes, or import fees on orders under $800 USD.
Orders above $800 USD will be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
